What is CDPAP?

CDPAP is a Medicaid program that allows consumers to select, train, and direct their own personal caregivers selected from a home health care agency that accepts Medicaid. The program is designed for individuals who require assistance with daily activities or skilled nursing services.

Who is Eligible?

Eligibility for CDPAP includes individuals who are:

  • Enrolled in Medicaid.

  • In need of home care services.

  • Capable of directing their care or have a designated representative who can.
